Jasper came in this past weekend for his 6 months portrait. The Parsi family were the lucky winner of the Gift Certificate raffle from Meet BABI. We had the challenge of only getting about 20 minutes to get a good portrait of Jasper because we caught him right during nap time. I think we still got some cute shots that mom and dad will love. What do you think?

Baby Rhys

Yes, that is how you spell Rhys (pronounce the same as Reese). I learn that Rhys is the way the original and authentic name is spelled. It's the perfect name for this little boy who was so patient and sweet. I love holding newborns and didn't want to put this little fella down, but I had to work. It's a tough job working with little newborns all day. I mean, I have to get on the floor and coo and play with them. Sometime I have the hard assignment of holding them and watching them look at me all cross-eyed. :) Fine, you got me. I have a great job and love it.

So little Rhys was a very cute little one. He had perfect little toes and perfect little fingers to match. He was awake for most of the session, but barely made a peep until the every end when I think we had tired the poor little fella (and dad too) out. I want to thank you Shannon and Jena for letting me share this sweet moment with them. It's always an honor when parents let me share that first few days of their babies life.

So here are some of the maternity portraits that we had taken of the happy couples a few week before little Rhys was delivered into the world. I should have shared these images with you a few weeks ago, but I'm behind. So a little late, but they are still beautiful portraits that I would like to share with you.

By request I am posting the birthday girls and guys that we have photograph this past week. It's been busy at the studio with the move from our residential studio to our new studio in Campbell along with all the other sessions and business related events that I have been really slow at blogging. So I will be updating this post with images of our little birthdays as we get them in.

For those of you just tuning in, our studio is offering a FREE Baby Cake Session to the first 20 families with babies celebrating their 1st birthday in 2008. The parents bring in the cake and we photograph their little one getting messy and eating the cake. Currently we have six openings left so if you would like to be a part of this call our studio.
